We got you! Our BumpCamp program is designed by industry experts in line with ACOG pregnancy fitness guidelines to give you safe and effective workouts balanced with strength training, cardio, core, pelvic floor and active recovery workouts all adjustable for your fitness level.

BumpCamp workouts range from 30-60 mins 5 days a week with one rest day and one active recovery day to prevent injury and aches & pains. BumpCamp is flexible to your schedule. You can commit to what you want and pick and choose workouts as you like to build your own weekly schedule!
Yes! You can start new activity in pregnancy anytime! You’ll want to ease in and we recommend listening to your body. As long as you haven’t been restricted by your doctor, women having uncomplicated pregnancies can start safely working out at any point in pregnancy.
Recommend equipment for our workouts include a mat, bench, hip circle, light-heavy dumbbells, pilates ball, long resistance band, foam roller.
